CHAPMAN AND FORREST DOUBLE-SHOT

Saturday, January 15th, Brenda Chapman and C.B. Forrest visited both Book
Stops in Ottawa, one if the far east of the city and the other in the far
west. Despite a snowstorm, they had a good turn out of people who bought
signed copies of "In Winter's Grip" and "Slow Recoil".

MEL BRADSHAW AT RIVERDALE LIBRARY

It was a full house last night at the Riverdale Public Library in Toronto’s east end. As part of the library’s 100th birthday celebrations, RendezVous Crime author Mel Bradshaw gave a historical talk illustrated with slides showing the neighbourhood in the old days. To evoke the library’s teen years, Bradshaw read from his Roaring Twenties whodunit Quarrel with the Foe. Lively discussion ensued, and fans had the author sign copies of all three of his crime novels.
